For Greener Bay Compost to determine whether our Commercial Compost Pickup Service is a good fit for your Business / Organization, as well as for us to provide you an accurate service quote, the below form must be completed in its entirety and submitted to us. Once we have received your Quote Request, we will either email you a quote or contact you with any additional questions we may have.

We respectfully request that only individuals with the authority to say "yes" to/officially sign up for/pay for our services complete this Form, as this form is for serious inquiries/quote requests only.
This will be our primary method of contacting you.
This will be our secondary method of contacting you.
We would like this information so we can do further research on your Business / Organization, to help us get to know you better.
PLEASE NOTE: If your Business / Organization is not located within any of the Municipalities listed above, your Quote Request will not receive a response from us, as we will be unable to serve you.
If you have more than one location you would like Greener Bay Compost to serve, please use the optional comments section at the bottom of this form to provide the addresses of each location.
$60.00 is our current minimum, monthly service cost for us to partner with any Business / Organization, regardless of its location.
We prefer to partner with Businesses / Organizations that are willing and able to pay for our services out of their regular budget, as Grant Funding is not a reliable, long-term source of funding for our monthly, subscription-based services (and we seek to partner with Businesses / Organizations long-term, and not simply until Grant Funding runs out).
This applies even if a Business / Organization intends to use Grant Funding to cover some or all of the cost of their services with us, as we use our payment processor, Stripe, for automated, monthly billing purposes, to make our work as efficient and cost-effective as possible.
Most small to mid-sized Businesses / Organizations, and even some larger ones, such as hospitals, can generally be easily, and most cost-effectively, served with five gallon buckets. For example, we serve three Bellin Health facilities currently with 30 buckets swapped per week (including 17 per week at one location). If our buckets work for Bellin, they can work for almost anyone. That said, if your Business / Organization produces so much food waste that it needs "Toter" style bins or dumpsters for it, then your Business / Organization is likely not a good fit for us.
PLEASE NOTE: We can change the number of buckets a Business / Organization is subscribed for at least monthly, if necessary. That said, most Businesses / Organizations partnered with us tend to "settle" on a certain number of buckets after a few months with us and stick with that number long-term, for the sake of simplicity.
If your Business / Organization is unable to provide us access to our buckets in its possession on Tuesdays, then our service will, unfortunately, not work for your Business / Organization at this time.
If a material is not listed as Acceptable on our List of Acceptable and Not Acceptable Materials, we do not want it. This includes, but is not limited to, non-food-related materials such as cardboard and cardboard dust pucks, paper fines, paper mill "sludge," manure, "biodegradable" (as opposed to certified compostable) products, someone else's finished/failed compost, lawn mower clippings/yard waste contaminated with herbicides/weed killer, etc.
PLEASE NOTE: We have a preference for pre-consumer waste from our Commercial subscribers, as it tends to pose the lowest risk of compost contamination. That said, our buckets should never be placed in an area where the general public may access them and potentially use them as trash receptacles.
Employees/staff who are not trained/educated with regard to our service should not be adding any materials to our buckets.
We will not provide any formal training or education to a Business / Organization's employees/staff with regard to its use of our service (outside of communicating with their Business / Organization's designated Point of Contact), as our service is relatively simple to use and should not require any specialized training/education to use. Any Business / Organization partnered with us should be able to provide any necessary training/education to their employees/staff, relative to their use of our service.
Without such a person designated, we will unable to serve a Business / Organization.
The only terms we will be bound by when serving any Business / Organization are our own Terms of Service.
Our experience has informed us that Businesses / Organizations that need to be "sold" on our services, or which come to us not already convinced of the benefits of composting, tend not to sign up with us (regardless of how many presentations we make to them, or how long said presentations may be), and to not stay with us long-term, when/if they do sign up. That said, we seek to partner with Businesses / Organizations that have already decided that they would like to compost with us prior to them requesting a Quote from us.
"Middle men" make our work less efficient and more expensive/less profitable for us to perform. As such, we are only interested in partnering with Businesses / Organizations willing to work with us directly.
PLEASE NOTE: Requiring any of the above may result in Greener Bay Compost's services being more expensive and/or your Business / Organization not necessarily being a good fit for our services.
