ALL ITEMS YOU WOULD LIKE US TO REMOVE FROM YOUR PROPERTY MUST BE GROUPED TOGETHER, IN A SAFELY AND EASILY ACCESSIBLE AREA ON YOUR TERRACE/AT THE CURB.
Failure to leave said items in said location for us will result in them being left on your property.
Please do NOT place items inside of bags, boxes, or other types of containers for us (with the exception of Fall leaves, garden waste such as dead tomato plants, dead-headed flowers, pine needles, pine cones, and small twigs, which should be placed inside of plain/matte paper "lawn & leaf" bags, as indicated above) as this may prevent us from determining whether they are acceptable to us and result in us leaving them on your property.
Please provide your first and last name.
Please provide a valid email address we may use to contact and/or invoice you.
Please provide a valid phone number we may use to contact you (preferably a cell phone number we may send text messages to).
Please note: We will only perform pickups in the 11 Municipalities in Brown County that fall within our existing Residential Compost Pickup Service's service area, which are as follows: Allouez, Ashwaubenon, Bellevue, De Pere, Green Bay, Hobart, Howard, Lawrence, Ledgeview, Rockland, and Suamico. If you complete this form and your property is not in one of these Municipalities, we will be unable to provide this service to you at this time.
